Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet chicken gravy mix, 1 oz

1 packet ranch seasoning mix, 1 oz

1 can cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Add chicken breasts to the crockpot.
  2. Whisk together gravy mix, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours.
  5. Shred chicken, then stir in sour cream.
  6. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, biscuits, or noodles.

  1. Crockpot Loaded Potato Soup

Ingredients

3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups chicken broth

8 oz cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup chives, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Add potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  2. Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  3. Mash lightly for a thicker texture.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Top with bacon and chives before serving.

  1. Crockpot Hearty Beef & Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

2 lbs stew beef or meatballs, frozen or thawed

3 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed

3 large carrots, sliced

1 onion, chopped

1 packet brown gravy mix, 1 oz

2 cups low-sodium beef broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Add beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion to the crockpot.
  2. Whisk together brown gravy mix, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over the beef and vegetables.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, until beef is tender and vegetables are soft.
  5. Stir before serving
