Sheet-Pan Taco Quesadilla Bake

1–2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 jar creamy queso
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream
  • Melted butter
  • Optional parsley or cilantro

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with flour tortillas, leaving enough hanging over the edges to fold over later.
  3. Layer in seasoned beef, broken tostada shells, shredded cheese, queso, diced tomatoes, and a little sour cream.
  4. Fold the tortillas over the filling and cover any open areas with another tortilla.
  5. Brush the top lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F for about 20–25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, or extra queso.

That crunchy outside with all those cheesy taco layers inside? Dangerous! 😂🌮

Would you dip yours in queso, salsa, or sour cream?
