1–2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 jar creamy queso
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Shredded lettuce
- Sour cream
- Melted butter
- Optional parsley or cilantro
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning.
- Line a large baking sheet with flour tortillas, leaving enough hanging over the edges to fold over later.
- Layer in seasoned beef, broken tostada shells, shredded cheese, queso, diced tomatoes, and a little sour cream.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling and cover any open areas with another tortilla.
- Brush the top lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for about 20–25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, or extra queso.
