Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Gravy

This easy comfort-food dinner makes tender beef covered in rich, savory gravy with almost no work. Serve it over creamy mashed potatoes and watch everyone clean their plates!

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 2 packets ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup butter, cut into pieces
  • Mashed potatoes for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

Add the beef cubes to your slow cooker. Sprinkle the au jus mix, ranch seasoning, and onion soup mix evenly over the meat.

Pour in the beef broth, then place the butter pieces on top. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.

Stir everything well before serving so the seasonings and cooking juices form a rich, flavorful gravy. Spoon the tender beef and plenty of gravy over warm mashed potatoes, then finish with chopped parsley.

No complicated prep, no pile of dishes—just tender beef, creamy potatoes, and enough gravy to make everyone come back for seconds! 😋
