Cheesy Beef Taco Dip
Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with seasoned ground beef, this hot taco dip is the ultimate party appetizer! Serve it with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for a crowd-pleasing snack.

Beef Layer
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup salsa
½ small onion, diced
Cheesy Dip
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup salsa
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Toppings
Diced tomatoes
Sliced green onions
Jalapeños
Fresh cilantro
Extra shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup salsa. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, ½ cup salsa, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
Spread the creamy mixture into a baking dish.
Spoon the seasoned beef over the top, then sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden around the edges.
Top with tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crunchy vegetables.
